Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was operated with the trade name "E" or "F" in both weeks, and Defendant B was a person in charge of customer reception and profit settlement while serving as the head of the office at the above establishment. The Defendants recruited to operate the said establishment by employing a female employee as an employee and allowing him/her to engage in sexual intercourse similar to that of male customers.

1. According to the above conspiracy, the Defendants: (a) from August 10, 2019 to April 23, 2020; (b) from February 2020 to April 23, 2020, Defendant B paid to the above business establishment; (c) from a large number of male customers to April 23, 2020, Defendant A received KRW 70,000 to KRW 120,000 from a large number of unspecified male guests; and (d) by having a female female in her mother state, her mother state, her mother state, her hand away with her body and her face with her sexual organ, and paid KRW 25,00 to the female in her mother state, and paid KRW 25,00 to the female in her mother state.

As a result, Defendants arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The defendant A shall not employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from January 20, 2020 to April 23, 2020, entered the above business establishment as the qualification for visa exemption (B-1) and employed G sexual traffic workers who are female women in Thailand who are unable to work in the Republic of Korea.
