Basic Facts

The Plaintiff and the Appointor C (hereinafter referred to as the “Appointed”) were the owners of the land and buildings listed in the attached Table 2 list (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land and buildings”), and the land listed in the attached Table 2 list among the instant land was owned by the Plaintiff, the land listed in the attached Table 2 list 2 list 2 list 2 list 2 among the instant land was owned by the Selection, and the instant building was owned by the Plaintiff and the Selection.
