1. Defendant C and D jointly share KRW 46,50,00,000 for the Plaintiff A and this shall be from September 19, 2006 to September 15, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant C is a person operating “H” in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Defendant D is a person operating “J” in Seoul Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City from October 2003 to 2007, and Defendant E is Defendant D’s wife, and Defendant F is Defendant D and E’s children.

B. Around March 7, 2006, Defendant C and D made a new apartment construction project to Plaintiff B by means of a regional housing association in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. Since the implementation company completed the purchase of land of 72% within the project site in the first half of 2008 and the last half of 2009, an apartment can be occupied in the first half of 2009, and even if sold without being sold in lots, a regional housing association (hereinafter “instant association”) purchased a certificate of purchase from Plaintiff B from March 8, 2006 to KRW 56,00,000,000 as the total purchase price of the Plaintiff’s membership certificate from Plaintiff B until March 8, 2006, it is difficult to obtain the Plaintiff’s purchase price from Plaintiff B from Plaintiff D’s member from the first half of the last half of 2008, and from Plaintiff B’s member from May 6, 2006 to Plaintiff 96.

C. However, the fact that the construction of new apartment that Defendant C and D told to the Plaintiffs began in around 2003, but there was no particular progress, such as land purchase work is not completed until around October 2006.

On June 25, 2004, the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Committee for the Establishment of the Housing Redevelopment Improvement Project Association was already designated and publicly announced as an area to be rearranged in accordance with the N District Housing Redevelopment Master Plan on June 25, 2004. The N District Housing Redevelopment Project Promotion Committee was approved by the head of Dongjak-gu on November 22, 2004 (the establishment of the association was approved), and the Mayor of Seoul Metropolitan Government was in accordance with Article 4(3) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents around August 24, 2006.
