Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. The administration, purchase, delivery, and possession of the Defendant B’s mental medicine;

A. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 06:00, the Defendant injectedd the trade influorial telephones located in the Government-dong at the Government-Si, Ma, F, and G, and then put F into the non-fluoric acid (hereinafter “propopon”), which is a primary mental medicine at the single-use injection instrument; (b) dilution with water; and (c) divating it with the Defendant’s arms in a way of injecting it to the Defendant’s arms.

B. On April 2016, the Defendant, at the I hotel hotel room located in H at the time of the Government around 09:00, administered with G in the same manner as G, put G into a disposable injection machine, dilution with water, and administered phiphones by means of injection with the Defendant’s arms.

On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) administered philophones in the I hotel room located at H at the Government of the Republic of Korea around 09:00; (b) and (c) administered philophones in a manner that G injecteds with water into the Defendant’s arms blood cells as above.

(d)

On April 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in the I hotel room located at H at the Government of 09:00, in a manner of drinking off the philophones brought by G with the same as G, and drinking off the philophones in the coffee.

E. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the K Moel guest room located in the J of the Government-Si around 09:00, the Defendant injectedd with G as a single-use injection machine into G; (b) dilution with water; and (c) administered phiphones by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

F. On July 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones by 2.5g philophones contained in the injection machine from F, at E’s house located in Sacheon-si L apartments around the early 14:00, and 2.5g philophones from F.

G. The Defendant, at around 19:00 on the same day, administered philophones by a method of riding the philophones purchased as above in coffee 301.
