A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 2328"
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) from around 02:00 on June 2018 to around 03:00, entered the “D”, which is a structure managed by the victim C in Yannam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) entered the office through open windows; (c) and (d) cut off two cigarette of the “oil” owned by the victim on his/her own on his/her own computer.
2. Larceny;
A. A. Around January 12, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 12:00 on January 12, 2015, the Defendant went into the house in front of the victim F’s house located in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu; (b) and (c) entered the house through a string door door, which was opened outside the wall; and (d) the victim’s own market price, which was kept in the inside of the said house, destroyed one yellow fever (500,000,000,000 won).
B. Around July 2015, the Defendant, from around 15:00 to around 16:00 on July 2015, 2015, entered the house with a view to opening the wall in front of the victim F’s house as stated in the said paragraph, and then, came into the house through a door door, which was opened outside the wall, and then came into one 70,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, who was kept in his/her inside and outside of the house.
C. Around July 7, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, around 12:10 on July 7, 2018, entered the house through a string door, which was opened in front of the house of the victim H located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, and subsequently stolen KRW 1,50,000,000,000,000 owned by the victim who was kept in his/her inner west.
3. On July 7, 2018, at around 12:05, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) went into the house in front of the body of the injured party J, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) went through the front of the body of the injured party J; and (c) did not commit an attempted thief but did not break out with the body of the body.

1. A thief around 11:00 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant is a thief’s residence of the victim L located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si around 11:00 on September 20, 2018.
