A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Cheongju District Court on June 7, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Cheongju prison on August 24, 2019.

1. Crimes committed on August 30, 2019;

A. At around 11:20 on August 30, 2019, the Defendant intrusiond the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s house located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City through an gate with a view to drinking away the object, and invaded the victim’s residence.

C.
