Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 1, 2019, the Defendant ended with the Victim AD (Influent, 22 years of age) and carried a deadly weapon with the victim for the reason that the said victim did not contact, and sought the house of the said victim to threaten the victim. On March 21, 2019, the Defendant sought the house of the victim around 13:35.
1. At around 15:30 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant was waiting for the said victim with one knife (30cm in total length, 18cm in length) and one knife (25cm in total length, 8.5cm in length) which is a dangerous object in front of the entrance of the said victim’s house located in AEF at Jeju-si.
The defendant, while doing so, opened a entrance in the house for the above victim to work, and opened the entrance door out of the house, and entered the victim's house.
Accordingly, the defendant infringed upon the victim's residence while carrying dangerous objects.
2. Special intimidation, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, threatened the victim with a knife (25 cm in total length, 8.5 cm in length), one knife (30 cm in total length, 18 cm in knife) which is a dangerous object, was taken to the victim in the form of a knife, and then threatened the victim in the form of a knife with one knife (30 cm in total length, 18 cm in knife in knife) which is a dangerous object. In other words, the Defendant threatened the victim in the form of a knife with one knife in the form of a knife.
