A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) conspiredd to import a name-free and psychotropic drug, living in Canada, into the Republic of Korea; (b) had his name-free persons conceal 9.24g of the letter of apology in an international ordinary mail; and (c) entered the place of receipt into the Defendant’s dwelling in the Gyeonggi-si E 104 Dong 1501 and the addressee as “A” and sent it to the Republic of Korea.

International letter-post items, which are concealed as above, arrived at the Incheon State's provision port around 10:52 on September 9, 2013 through the KSM Netherlands Aviation (KL) 865.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a person who was not injured in name, imported a letter of apology into Korea.

2. The Defendant: (a) conspiredd to import marijuana into the Republic of Korea a person in the territory of Canada who resides in Canada; and (b) had the person in whose name the person in whose name the person in question was named concealed approximately 1.06 g of marijuana in an international letter-post item; and (c) stated the place where the person in question was received as the Defendant’s residence in the Gyeonggi-si E 104 Dong 1501, and the addressee as “A”

International letter-post items concealed as above, which arrive at the Incheon State's provision port around September 12, 2013 through Efranc (AF) 264, around 07:26.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with the person who was not injured in his name.

3. The Defendant smoked marijuana once, between September 4, 2013 and September 13, 2013, in a manner that smokes from the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Island to the franchising of the franchis by attaching the franchis to the franchising marijuana.
