A from March 26, 2015 to May 28, 2015, “H gameland” was operated in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B had been in charge of exchange duties in the above game field from May 12, 2015, Defendant C from May 21, 2015, Defendant C from around May 21, 2015, and Defendant D from April 29, 2015 to each employee in the above game field.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or re-purchasing intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired, from March 26, 2015 to May 22:50, 2015, up to H Gameland; Defendant A established three-three-dimensional games of “spool spool spool spool spool spool spoke game” with the overall usage rating; Defendant C and D provided the customers who completed the game with a certificate of custody of the points on which the remaining points are written; Defendant C and D provided the customers with a certificate of custody of the points on which the remaining points are written; Defendant B converted the points on the certificate of custody into KRW 10 per point and exchanged the amount after deducting 10% from the points on the certificate of custody.

As a result, the Defendants jointly mediated the exchange of tangible results obtained through the use of game products.
