Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant, as a corporate director general, embezzled KRW 148,470,030 in total, including development funds, support funds, and subsidies, which he had been in custody as follows.

1) Pursuant to the Fund Management and Operation Rules, the victim’s embezzlement development fund of the Lambs Development Fund shall be operated in an independent account separate from general accounts, and the victim’s operating expenses, community building, or other general meetings shall not be used except for the matters approved by the general meeting. When using the Fund, the purpose and procedures for the use of the Fund shall be limited by formulating the budget with the approval of the general meeting. Nevertheless, the Defendant, on March 30, 2009, embezzled the funds of the Defendant’s wife used as the purchase fund of the Mambs apartment-dong 103 at the time when the Defendant’s wife is residing in the Defendant’s wife, and embezzled the funds with the intent to use them for the purchase fund of 10,000 won, 30,000 won and 50,000 won and 50,000 won and 37,000,000 won and 5,000 won and 37,000 won and 5,000 won,00 won.

3 The Defendant: (a) was in charge of the “T Games” hosted by the U.S. and hosted by V; (b) was under custody after receiving KRW 32 million as operating expenses from the victim; and (c) was paid KRW 3.5 million in total as personnel expenses to W, X,Y, Z, Z, AB, and AC without being active as a volunteer on August 3, 201; and (c) was embezzled by consuming it as daily expenses.

4. A subsidy embezzlement defendant in the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs is the base of each local government to revitalize marine leisure sports and demand.
