A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 order 4] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, who had been under the influence of having been sentenced to a conditional suspension of indictment on the completion of education at the Center for the Elimination of Narcotics as a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office on October 16, 2017.

On October 24, 2017, around 10:00, the Defendant administered the Defendant’s operation at the C Recycling Center’s toilet located in Kimhae-si B, using approximately 0.03g of Metetteptop (copon) 0.03g, a local mental medicine, to put in coffee B.

[2018 Highest 451] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Metropoper who is a local mental medicine (so called 'copon', hereinafter referred to as 'propopon'), as follows.

1. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant was transferred KRW 850,00 to the post office account in the name of E in which the Defendant is using, upon a request to request writing from D around September 17, 2017.

On September 18, 2017, around 16:07, the Defendant: (a) packaged “G’s door-to-door distribution” in “G Kimhae-si F; (b) sealed approximately 3.6g of philopon to “YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

2. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On September 17, 2017, around 20:00, the Defendant purchased penphones by paying KRW 900,000 to K and receiving approximately KRW 57 g of opphones in front of the “J church” located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan.

B. On October 10, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant purchased penphones by paying KRW 1.50,00 to K and receiving approximately KRW 0.35g of philophones.

On November 9, 2017, around 22:30, the Defendant purchased penphones by paying KRW 1.50,000 to K and receiving approximately KRW 0.35 g of opphones in front of the “Ogymna” located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government N.

On November 16, 2017, the Defendant parked in Qu Hospital located in P around Busan on November 16, 2017.
