Basic Facts

The land survey division prepared by the Joseon General and the Provisional Land Survey Bureau on August 13, 1912 under the Joseon Land Survey Order that was implemented by the Joseon General and the Provisional Land Survey Bureau on 13 August 1912 is indicated as being the situation of the Gyeonggi-do 2,816 (hereinafter “the land before the division of this case”) by the State.

On November 15, 1957, the land before the instant partition was divided into the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 3 of the attached Table Nos. 1 (hereinafter “each land of this case”) and the Gju-gun of Gyeonggi-do, Gwangju-gun, 826, and 462.

around 1954, the Defendant purchased the land before the instant subdivision in accordance with Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Addenda to the Farmland Act (Act No. 4817 of Dec. 22, 1994, hereinafter “former Farmland Act”). The distribution farmland division is written in the distribution farmland division that approximately 826 of the previous land before the instant subdivision was distributed to E, and that approximately 462 of the D previous 462 of the D previous 462 was distributed to E, and is written in the compensation column.

On the other hand, registration of preservation of ownership was completed on October 10, 1958 and July 18, 1974 on each land of this case 1 and 3 for which no farmland distribution was made under the former Farmland Reform Act.

With respect to each land of this case on December 29, 1973, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in order in October 22, 1974 due to the sale and purchase on October 21, 1974, and thereafter the registration of ownership transfer was completed on June 19, 1987 under J's name on the ground of the sale and purchase on October 21, 197.

On October 4, 1990, K, the father of the plaintiff, died on October 4, 199, and the plaintiff, his father, inherited or donated the inherited property, and had 11/19 out of the K's inherited property around 2015.

K married with L (Death on February 5, 1993) and placed M, N,O, P, Q, the Plaintiff, R, and S under the S.
