Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In the land research division prepared in the Japanese colonial era, each J as to the Gyeonggi-gun F (the name of the administrative district was changed to several times, referred to as “Gwanju-si G”), 564 square meters prior to H (hereinafter “H land prior to the instant division”), and 239 square meters prior to I (hereinafter “I land prior to the instant division”).

C.1) Before the instant partition, C had completed the registration of the ownership transfer on March 31, 1953.
