1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. F. 4,466 square meters in G or H on December 17, 1957, which was divided into G or H on December 17, 1957. Among them, I reply 403 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun was further divided into G or H on April 10, 1974, and J 201 square meters in G or J 202, and the above J 202 square meters in Seoul as of November 9, 1982, after the administrative district was changed to K-dong in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and as of November 9, 1982, the said J 202 square meters in Seoul (hereinafter “the land”). The above I reply 201 square meters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as of November 343.8 square meters in Seoul (hereinafter “the land substitution”).
B. The 345 square meters prior to the division was divided into 190 square meters prior to M on August 1, 197, and the administrative district was changed to Ndong in Gangnam-gu Seoul on November 9, 1982, and the 190 square meters prior to the said L was replaced by the 190 square meters prior to the division and the 429.2 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “third land”).
C. As to the land of this case Nos. 1 and 2 on October 2, 1958, the Plaintiff completed each registration of ownership preservation on March 23, 1970, and on the land of this case No. 3 on March 23, 1970. Korea purchased each of the above land from the Plaintiff pursuant to the former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 4817, Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer to theO on January 7, 1971, with respect to the land of this case No. 1 and 2 on March 19, 1971.
With respect to the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case, on February 22, 1975, the registration of ownership transfer was completed as stated in the purport of the claim on the grounds of sale and purchase on February 18, 1975 under Defendant A’s name, and with respect to the land No. 3 of this case, the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase on May 1, 1989 in Q’s name on June 27, 1989, the registration of ownership transfer based on R’s name on September 19, 202, the registration of ownership transfer based on sale and purchase on August 26, 1996, and Defendant B, October 20, 209.
