Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On April 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and was sentenced to two years of probation on May 1, 2015, which became final and conclusive on May 1, 2015, and is currently under probation.

[Criminal Facts]

1. When the Defendant was running a CG car on July 2015, the Defendant was unable to operate the said car on the wind to keep the front number plate of the said car in custody due to the failure to pay taxes on the beginning of July 2015, and the Defendant was willing to continue to operate the said car by attaching the number plate of another vehicle.

On July 16, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant discovered the victim E’s live XD car owned by the victim E, which was parked on the front road at the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and, using the Draber, removed two number plates in front and after the Drabur car.

2. No person who illegally uses air, or violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge or unlawfully use any registration number plate, etc., or trade, assist in the trade, give or receive, or use any forged or altered part;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 18:00 the end of July 2015, at a place where it is difficult to know a place less than 18:00 the steering area at the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant: (a) attached F front and back a number plate, which is an air defense, a stolen air, such as paragraph (1), to TG car.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the car number plate unlawfully and at the same time used the official sign for the purpose of exercising it.

3. On July 18, 2015, from around 18:00 to October 00, 2015, the Defendant held an air defense that was unlawfully used by Seoul Special Metropolitan City and Gyeonggi-do members, such as Seoul G front Road, etc., where it is difficult to find out a place below the section of the Namyang-si at the southyang-si, and where it was operated after attaching the car number plate illegally used as above to Defendant’s car.
