Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2015, at around 16:32, the Defendant driven a B-hurged car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.147% in blood at approximately 10 meters near the river basin in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
