Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from approximately 4km to the two mountain golf courses located in the Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.095% in alcohol level from approximately 0.4km to the two mountain golf courses located in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
