Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2016, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a hurbh motor vehicle in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.148% at a distance of about 10km at the front of the 87km away from the Do in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si to the road located in front of the Do in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Incheon, to the daily mountain direction of the Seoul outer Highway.
