Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective deadly weapon, etc.) in Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on November 29, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gangnam Prison on March 7, 2012.

On August 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on August 24, 2012, the Victim G, operated by the Sinsi City F, changed alcohol to the victim’s credit; and (b) the victim refused to do so; (c) the Defendant obstructed the victim’s duties by avoiding disturbance, such as “I Chewing, and why I spawn.”

3. On August 26, 2012, from around 20:30 to 21:19, the Defendant: (a) avoided the victim’s duty by force by avoiding from the “J”’s third floor corridor operated by the victim I, which was located in the Sinsi F; (b) and (c) doing so in a large amount, and (d) returned to the victim’s3rd floor of the “J”, and thereby obstructing the victim’s duty by force.

4. At around 21:19 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the victim (28 years of age) who was a police officer belonging to the KKJ called the “J” room 305 on the same day would be induced; (b) while I and police officers, etc. observe the victim, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by “Chewing singinging, singing out” and openly insulting the victim.
