1. On August 9, 2019, at around 16:55, the Defendant obstructed business: (a) demanded an employee E, under the influence of alcohol at a Gunpo-si B and a Do-Operation D control-based bread sales store; (b) the Defendant refused this request; (c) there was a disturbance for about 10 minutes, such as where the Defendant collected things located in the display stand, with the sound “I would like to die. I would like to die. I would like to die.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the victim's overbak sales store business by force.

2. A thief: (a) the Defendant: (b) avoided disturbance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (c) took away away from the employees, and (d) stolen, breading breaf, with a living cream tank worth KRW 2,900 owned by the said victim C.

around 17:00 on August 8, 2019, the Defendant ordered the Defendant to enter a H restaurant operated by the Victim G in Mayang-gu, Mayang-si, Annyang-si, to pay food costs normally. As the Defendant would normally pay food costs, 1mal, 1 bottle, and 1 bottle.

However, the defendant did not have a certain occupation, and there was no intention or ability to pay the above food cost because there was no means to pay the price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, was accused of the victim and received food and drink equivalent to the market price of 16,900 won from the victim.
