1. Fraud;
A. At around 22:00 on January 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had no intent or ability to pay the amount of food; (b) had the victim D, located in Ulsanbuk-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, 411 Dong 1501; and (c) had by deceiving the victim D, who had no intent or ability to pay the amount of food, thereby deceiving the victim D, to take an order from the market price of 18,900 won as if he would have to pay the amount of food; and (c) had the victim D, who did not pay the amount of food, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to
B. At around 17:40 on April 15, 2015, the Defendant, despite having no intention or ability to pay the PC user fee from the beginning in the HPC bank managed by the victim G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant, as if he were to pay it, induced the victim to play a game for 7 hours, and did not pay the 7,000 won in total and 12,000 won in total, such as the price, if the amount was equivalent to the 5,000 won in the market price that he/she took place.
C. At around 16:00 on April 24, 2015, the Defendant, on the part of the K cafeteria operated by the Victim J under 104 of the Ulsan-gu I building, Ulsan-gu, U.S. I.D., had the intent or ability to pay the amount of food, but had no intention or ability to pay the amount, he/she, by deceiving the victim as if he/she were to pay the amount, issued an order of 14,000 won in the market price, and did not pay the amount, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
At around 22:00 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the amount of food, by deceiving the victim to pay the amount, acquired the pecuniary profit equivalent to the amount of money by failing to pay the amount of money.
E. On May 9, 2015, the Defendant expressed an intention or ability to pay from the beginning the PC at the “O” room operated by the victim N in Ulsan-dong M and the second floor of Ulsan-dong M, Ulsan-gu, and the Defendant.
