1. Of the instant lawsuits, the Defendant appointed E at the meeting of executives on May 22, 2012 and at the extraordinary general meeting on June 12, 2012.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a clan whose status is F's 13 years old members who are 13 years old members of H, and the plaintiffs are the members of the defendant clan.

B. Each resolution (1) to elect E as the Defendant’s representative on May 22, 2012, the Defendant clan of the Defendant’s clan opened a meeting of executive officers and passed a resolution to appoint E as the Defendant’s representative on May 22, 2012.

(2) On June 4, 2012, the board of directors of the Defendant clan convened the board of directors on June 4, 2012, in the presence of E, I, J, K, L, M, etc., and “The chairperson, who is the representative, written a resignation and appointed E, who is the vice-chairperson, as the representative (the letter of resignation).”

C. Article 1 (Name) of the Rules before the Special General Meeting of June 12, 2012 (Name) of the Defendant’s Code changes (1) is referred to as “D Religious Association”.

Paragraph 1 of Article 4 (Qualification) Members of the plenary session shall be H descendants of D Organizations.

Paragraph 2 (Joining) shall be registered at a general meeting when the member becomes adult and one year has passed after the entry.

Paragraph (3) (Classification of Members) Members of the plenary session shall be regular members and associate members.

Paragraph 4 (Disqualification and Suspension of Membership) A member whose life or death is unknown or whose whereabouts are unknown shall be suspended until his/her qualification is registered in the register of origin, and a member who has died or been expelled shall lose his/her qualification.

Article 5 (Rights of Members) (1) Members of the regular meeting shall be the representatives of the general and extraordinary general meetings and shall have the right to participate in the operation of the meeting.

Paragraph (2) Associate Members shall have the right to attend and speak at meetings and shall exercise other rights.
