Reasons
Basic Facts
The defendant clan is a clan that is created by descendants of D 13 years of age by making D 13 years of age the E (F) as a serious group.
On November 3, 2013, the Plaintiff was elected as the president with the consent of all the members present at the ordinary general meeting of the Defendant clan.
On November 22, 2014, the defendant clan dismissed the plaintiff who was the chairperson of the clan general meeting and appointed C as the chairperson (hereinafter referred to as the "resolution of this case").
Article 7 [Rights of Members] Members of the plenary session shall have the right to attend a general meeting of shareholders equally and to express their own will in respect of all affairs at the plenary session.
1) The Board of Governors shall be present at the meeting to propose bills and be elected. (ii) The voting rights and be elected by officers.

1) The chairperson, vice-chairpersons, auditors, and directors shall be elected at the ordinary meeting of shareholders; 2) advisers and directors shall be appointed by the chairperson with the consent of the board of directors.
3) One vice-chairperson shall be elected from three clans with the exception of the clans in charge of the president. However, the vice-chairpersons may be elected from three clans with fewer descendants and less members present at the general meeting may be excluded from recommendations. 4) Directors shall be considered from four clans, but shall be elected from one or more members of a branch of a clan.
5) The president and the secretary-general shall not be elected at the same branch. The term of office of an executive officer of Article 10 [the term of office of an executive officer] shall be three years, provided that the president and the secretary-general may be reappointed only once. The duties of an executive officer of Article 11 [the duties of an executive officer] shall be as follows: 1) The president represent the principal meeting and shall exercise overall control over its affairs and preside over its affairs
2. The vice-chairperson shall assist the chairperson, and the person of the extension of the City/Do shall serve as the chairperson during the remaining term of office.
