A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 6, 2020, from around 21:00 to 21:30, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while making a verbal dispute with the victim, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim’s side gate, ship, buckbucks, etc. from several times due to the victim’s side gate, bucks, and buckbucks by hand, and the Defendant suffered injury to the victim at approximately 7 and 8 weeks right-hand, which requires approximately 3 weeks medical treatment.

3. Around 22:40 on February 6, 2020, the Defendant was arrested and detained as a current offender of the crime of assault and damage to property in Gangnam-gu Seoul police station E-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases, prevention of crimes, suppression of investigation, etc.
