A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 19, 2017, at the D main points operated by the victim C in Seopo-si B and 2, Seopo-si B on November 19, 2017, the Defendant damaged the said main entrance door so that the costs of repair on the market price of the vehicle can be borne by leaving the said main entrance door in drinking, and walking at several times due to the launching.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at the place stipulated in Paragraph 1 of this Article, at the time of the day set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Article, f, who was sent a 112 report and demanded a police officer to present his identification card, and G, who was the police officer belonging to the Seogpo Police Station E box of Seopopo Police Station, and called out. B, the Defendant assaulted the above G’s chest to walk the above G’s bridge, who was f, while putting the police officer at hand, and f, walked the above G’s bridge.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of reported cases.
