Defendant
A is a person who engages in plastic sales business under the trade name of "G" in the name of "G in Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City F, and Defendant B is a local public official working in the Seoul Metropolitan Government H as the friendship-gu, and Defendant C is a person who runs real estate brokerage business from the "J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I to a licensed real estate agent.

1. Defendant A and B’s joint criminal conduct had the intent to purchase the “Songyang-gu L site (631 square meters) and the “Housing (114.8 square meters)” (hereinafter “instant real estate”) owned by the victim, together with Defendant B, who had found the real estate investment place, using the fact that the victim, who had been in a luxle book several times, lacks the objective judgment ability due to intellectual disability, and engaged in financial transactions and basic economic activities.
On August 14, 2014, the Defendants prepared a “J Licensed Real Estate Agent” office operated by Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, with the victim’s seal imprint certificate and the victim’s seal imprint certificate issued after the change of the victim’s seal imprint certificate produced online by Defendant B and the above seal imprint certificate. The Defendants jointly prepared a real estate sales contract with the victim to purchase the instant real estate amounting to KRW 570 million (per 1/2 equity interest), and had the victim enter his name in the seller’s column of the real estate sales contract and affix his seal thereto; and for the same year, the Defendants jointly prepared a real estate sales contract with the victim to purchase the instant real estate amounting to KRW 570 million.
