A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2, 2013 to September 1, 2014, the Defendant received total amount of KRW 50,972,953,639 from members visiting the said site through the said private sports territory site through the said private sports territory site, as described in attached Table-1, and charged them to members of the said C, and charged them with the same amount of KRW 50,972,953,639, and charged them with the said amount of KRW 5,000 from 5,000 to 1,00,000,000 won from 5,000 to 1,00,000,000 won from the members of the said game, and paid dividends of KRW 50,506,484,205,205, depending on the dividend rate in accordance with the result of the game to members who met the deposit.
