Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On September 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul High Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 9, 2016.
[2] The Defendant attempted to change the name of the business operator registration certificate of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building 118 from E to F. The Defendant’s statement that “D” employee of the tax office with no name (“F’s lease contract needs to be made for change of the name,” and the Defendant had the intent to arbitrarily prepare a real estate lease contract and change the name of the business registration certificate by gathering the qualification of the agent of G Co., Ltd., a lessor.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant prepared a copy of the lease contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of agent of G Co., Ltd. without authority.
2. On December 2013, the Defendant holding a private document preparation for qualification, at the Samsung Tax Office’s civil petition office located in Samsungdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and paragraph (1) of the above Article.
