A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On November 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (competence) in the Magna Port Branch of Daegu District Court on November 23, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the port prison on December 24, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 500,000 won for psychotropic drugs from friendly job offering D upon the Defendant’s request to request that the Metepoptye be carried out; (b) received the said money from E; and (c) sent approximately 0.5 grams of the Mepopon to D, at least 0.5 grams.

As a result, the Defendant arranged the trade of approximately 0.5 grams between D and E.

2. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant, on the side of the road located in Daegu Dong-gu on March 6, 2018, administered 0.03 grams in a way of inserting approximately 0.03 grams into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and inserting them into the arms, on the side of the road located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

3. On March 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from the above D upon the Defendant’s request to accept the phiphones from the said D; and (b) received approximately 0.4g of the phiphones around that time; and (c) sent them to D with approximately KRW 0.4g of the phiphones.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to trade approximately 0.4 grams between D and E.

4. On March 27, 2018, the Defendant, at around 04:00 on March 27, 2018, administered 0.03 grams in a non-fluorial telephone in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in a trade name near the Dong-gu, and received a non-fluorial phone from D, which purchased a phiphone, such as the foregoing paragraph 3, and then injected approximately 0.03g of the phiphone into a single-use injection instrument and dilution it with water, and then injecting it into the arms.
