A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

970,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Daegu District Court on May 24, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 28, 2013.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 18, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 to the Defendant’s Agricultural Cooperative account via C’s request for writing writing. On March 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent KRW 300,000 to D in front of the intersing the convention center located in the Daegu-gu Dong-dong, and (b) approximately 0.09g of psychotropic drug Mepters (one penphone; hereinafter the same shall apply); and (c) sent approximately 0.09g of the said Handphone to C in the vicinity of the residence of the Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-dong, at around 21:20 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.

2. On March 30, 2014, the Defendant transferred 270,000 won to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account via the Defendant’s request to receive writingphones from the above C, and 270,000 won was 270,000 won in front of the mutual singing in the vicinity of the filial trees market located in Daegu-gu Dong-dong, and approximately 0.09g of the penphones were 0.09g in front of the said C’s residence on the same day at around 20:40 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.

3. On April 11, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from C to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account upon receipt of a letter of request for scopon from C, and 300,000 won and 0.06 ghopon to D in front of G hotel located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and 17:15 on the same day, the Defendant saw approximately 0.06 goponon to C at the same illegal place located in the Dong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.

[2014 Highest 4244] The defendant found one-time injection equipment containing approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs at an I restaurant located at H around the end of February 2014, and administered philophones.
