A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1.5 million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on December 19, 2016, and was sentenced to a summary order of 2 million won for the same crime in the same court on June 27, 2017, and on June 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1 year for imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving). The judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2018.

A. B. On July 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 6km alcohol content 0.149% during blood, without obtaining a driver’s license, on July 22, 2018; (b) from the front day of a drinking house in which the trade name in the Song-gu, Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, would not be known; (c) from the front day of a drinking house where the trade name in the Song-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, would not be known; and (d) the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice, and drives a car without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol again.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) and the Road Traffic Act (after an accident).

On July 22, 2018, the Defendant driving the above car around 07:30 on July 22, 2018, and was shot-ro 206 on the Daegu Seo-gu and the shot-ro.
