Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On August 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the victim D’s E that was parked in the vicinity of “C” located in “C,” and entered the door, and stolen the vehicle with approximately KRW 10,000,000,000,000, which were owned by the victim and kept inside the vehicle.

In addition, from that time until October 4, 2019, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims worth approximately KRW 675,000 in total on four occasions, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.
