Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for ten months and by imprisonment with labor for six months, respectively.
However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 1167"
1. Defendants’ special larceny
A. At around 01:50 on August 4, 2019, the Defendants, together, stolen it by means of loading it to the hand bags, the amount of which is equivalent to KRW 8,000 in the market price of the Mat Warehouse warehouse operated by the victim D, the damage victim D, who was in Changwon-si C, in advance.
B. At around 03:23 the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendants, together, invaded into a warehouse after destroying the equipment for correcting the warehouse of the place under the preceding paragraph, and stolen them by loading them into the cans and 4 boxes in advance, the market price of which is 250,000 won, which were kept in the storage.
C. On August 5, 2019, at around 01:15, the Defendants: (a) committed theft by carrying 20 percent of 30,000 won of the market price in the air conditioners, which had been kept in the air conditioners, in the G operated by the victim F of the victim F in Changwon-si E, Changwon-si; and (b) by carrying 80,000 won in the air conditioners.
2. Defendant A’s attempted larceny;
A. On September 9, 2019, at around 12:20, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the front of the Hampo-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si and tried to steal property by opening a door that was not corrected by the victim I-owned vehicle, but did not commit an attempted crime because there was no stolen object.
B. The Defendant opened a door that was parked at the same time and place as set forth in the preceding paragraph, and attempted to steal property, but did not constitute an attempted crime because there was no stolen object.
Defendant A, at around 23:29 on August 30, 2019, entered in the list of crimes and attempted to steals the victims' property in the same way as the victim's property was stolen in the same way as the victim's property was discovered on the roads in front of the OEM in the Changpo-si M of Changwon-si, the victim's OO intersection, and as the victim's property was stolen.
