A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.6 grams of psychotropic drugs, which were stored on the white paper, (i) cash 2.50,000, around C convenience stores located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and (ii) 2.50,000 in cash, and (iii) c.e., psychotropic drugs stored on the white paper.

2. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in F in Daegu-gu E on February 25, 2016, using approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased, such as paragraph (1), by dilution them into water and injection them into the Defendant’s arms.

3. On February 28, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in G around February 28, 2016, by dilutioning approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) into water in a single-use injection period, and in injection into the Defendant’s arms.

4. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones, around 00:30 on March 24, 2016, around 200:30, the Defendant purchased D cash 2.50,000 won and stored in a white paper.

5. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones in F in Daegu-gu E on March 24, 2016, using approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (4), by dilution them into water and injection them into the Defendant’s arms.

6. On April 2, 2016, the Defendant administered phiphones in F in Daegu-gu E on April 2, 2016, using approximately 0.1g of phiphones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph 4, by dilution them into water and injection into the Defendant’s arms.

7. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant carried philophones in F, around 14:00 on April 4, 2016, using a method of keeping 0.22 gramphones from among philophones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph 4, in a white paper, in a way that they are sealed in an inner string book.
