Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 19, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (FFFF) (FFF) (FFFF) on board a D personal taxi operated by the victim C (V) at the Ma-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul, and arrived at the seat of Guro-gu, Seoul, which is a destination, without paying KRW 51,320,00,000.
