Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.50,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses related to Disqualified Car, was on the street in C front of the Gyeongnam Development Group B around 17:00, and the Defendant did not pay taxi expenses without justifiable grounds even though he was on board the E-si, a business vehicle operated by the victim D, and moved approximately approximately KRW 190 km away from the Gwangju Metropolitan City via the Gwangju Metropolitan City.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act concerning the carrying of deadly weapons;

A. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 17:00 on May 13, 2017, in front of C in the Gyeongnam Development Group B, the Defendant is carrying three knife knife and carry three knifes, which may inflict serious harm on a person’s life or body, without good cause.

B. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 01:05 on May 14, 2017, concealed one excessive one year, which could cause serious harm to the life or body of a person, in front of G in F of the Gyeongnam Development Group F, and carry it with him/her without justifiable grounds.
