Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court on April 19, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the three prisons of North Korea on August 27, 2012, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

C. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.4g of philopon from D without compensation in return for good offices, such as the preceding paragraph, from G Telephones located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F. D.

The defendant seems to be a clerical error in the facts charged on April 10, 2013, although the facts charged are around June 2013.
