A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2.7 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Incheon District Court on December 3, 2009, sentenced six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the enforcement of the sentence on December 10, 2009 and was not a narcotics handler;

1. On October 31, 201, while being hospitalized at the D Hospital located in Yang-si C and being hospitalized in the D Hospital on October 31, 201, a psychotropic drug was placed in a package box box containing approximately 5 g of psychotropic drugs, at the above hospital’s mental ward, and at around 20:00 on the same day, E, who visited the Defendant, brought about about 5 g of philopon to E by bringing about packaging boxes containing the above philopon, and sold approximately 5 g of philopon from E on November 1, 201 to the national bank account in which the Defendant uses, and selling approximately 1.5 g of philopon;

2. At around 22:00 on November 28, 2012, receive and deliver 0.5g of philophones contained in E in a single-use type 0.5g from E in the vehicle of E parked at the vicinity of the Seoul Western Police Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City;

3. On November 28, 2012, around 23:30, 2012, in a Mourel room located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, dilution of approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine, and is injected with its arms in their arms and dives;

4. At around 01:00 on December 3, 2012, receive and deliver 0.5g of philophones contained in E in the toilet for a disposable use in the Hemotour room located in G in Gyeyang-gun of Gyeonggi-do;

5. On March 2, 2013, around 17:00, approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones were injected into one-time diversary in his/her own vehicle parked at the J-cafeteria parking lot located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and administered them for injection into his/her arms after dilution with bio-dives.
