Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of each of the above penalties for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. From April 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50 on April 19, 2015, carried approximately 0.02 g of psychotropic drugs, in the form of storage in wallets, at the “F singing shop” store located in Ulsan-gu, U.S.; (b) around 19:00, the Defendant issued approximately 0.02 g of psychotropic drugs, in the form of storage in wallets. (c) around April 28, 2015, the Defendant issued approximately 0.07 g of h’blopon in U.S. G in Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.S., by using a one-time injection device to inject female-friendly her arms.

3) The Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones at the same time and at the same place as above 2) by means of injecting the Defendant’s arms using a single-use injection device.

B. Around April 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju 1) issued approximately 3.31g g of marijuana to friendly A on the front side of the K-turn located in the J-On-si, Sim-si. (2) On April 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00 on April 23, 2015; (b) around 19:20, the Defendant made use of marijuana by using approximately 0.1g of marijuana tobacco in the Defendant’s Poter, who was parked in the front side of the Sim-dong, Eup-dong, Myeonm-dong; and (c) made use of marijuana in a manner that inhales the said smoke by attaching the f

3 On April 30, 2015, around 09:45, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.1g of marijuana in the way of packing and storing them in paper, from 501 to 0.1g of “M” L in Ulsan-gu L.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 14, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) sold 0.2g of philopon to A and 600,000 won from A, a car parked on the side of the O’s house located in Ulsan-gun N in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.
