Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:20 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.125% on the road front of a government office building located in the Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, driving a D Sp-type car at the section of about 4km from the road front of a Cp-type border in the same Gu.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) committed an injury to the victim G (25 years old) who was driving by the victim E (25 years old) who was driving in the direction of the entrance of the marine bathing beach at the former coast of the horse at the time and was driving by driving the said vehicle at the same time as that of the preceding paragraph, without properly manipulating the hand in the situation where it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally due to the influence of drinking, such as that of the preceding paragraph, while driving the said vehicle on the back of the 3rd border. The Defendant suffered from an injury by the victim G (25 years old) who was driving the said victim by driving the said vehicle at the front part of the passenger vehicle on the right side of the said 25-day driving zone.
