Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a C leled passenger vehicle.

On July 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on July 21, 2014, and came to turn to the left from the direction of the office building in the direction of the public parking lot exit in front of the E Lestop in Busan Metropolitan City Do D.

Since the place has a center line of yellow solid lines and the vehicle moving is a large place, there was a duty of care to not turn to the opposite direction to the driver who emitted the above exit beyond the center line.

Nevertheless, the suspect neglected this and got the front part of the bicycle driving by the victim F, who was driving in normal course in the direction of the office building due to negligence beyond the center line, to turn left the right side of the defendant.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. of a shoulder that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, suffered injury on the victim G who was on board the Defendant’s vehicle, and H, such as catum salt cather for about two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time damaged the victim’s bicycle to cover repair costs equivalent to KRW 3.47 million.

2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant driven the motor vehicle at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and without mandatory insurance.
