1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiffs KRW 70 million and the interest rate from February 26, 2008 to the day of full payment.

1. The following mediation was concluded on November 20, 2007 between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants in Gwangju District Court Decision 2007 money292 and 308, but the Defendants did not implement the mediation.

The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay KRW 70 million to the Plaintiffs, and the Defendants shall pay KRW 10 million among the above amounts until February 25, 2008, and KRW 20 million until August 25, 2008, and KRW 10 million until February 25, 2009, and KRW 10 million until August 25, 2009, and KRW 10 million until August 25, 2009, and KRW 10 million until February 25, 2010, and KRW 10 million until August 25, 2010. If the Defendants delay each of the above payments, they shall pay the benefit of the due date in addition to the annual rate of KRW 25% from the day following the date on which the above payment occurred.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiffs 70 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from February 26, 2008 to the date of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by admitting the plaintiffs' claims with merit.
