1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 24, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Claim for payment of money established under the conciliation protocol for the case, including the refund of purchase-price (a conciliation clause: the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70 million until December 31, 2007, KRW 10 million until January 31, 2008, KRW 10 million until February 29, 2008, KRW 10 million until February 31, 2008, KRW 10 million until March 31, 2008, KRW 10 million until April 30, 2008, KRW 10 million until April 30, 2008, KRW 10 million until May 31, 2008, KRW 10 million until June 31, 2008, and KRW 10 million until June 30, 2008, the defendant shall immediately pay the payment interest of KRW 10 million to the plaintiff at the rate of 1 million until June 31, 2008.
