Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange to transfer or take over any access medium.

Nevertheless, on November 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request from B, a police officer, to ask for the reception of a passbook; (b) posted a letter on his page, stating that “The contact with B, one who needs money, and the one who paid money, shall be paid on that day; and (c) C shall report and contact the above writing, and (d) C shall give 20,000 won in cash to that person if C would provide the head of the Tong and the cell phone capable of receiving the text message,” and (d) C conspired to arrange the transfer of a mutual access medium by accepting it.

C calls from D on November 13, 2014, and calls from D, and “Is to make it possible to pay less than 200,000 won per head of the Tong, and Is to create one head of the Tong, Is to create one head of the Tong, Is to create one head of the Tong, Is to request the transfer of an access medium.” After soliciting the transfer of the access medium, around November 17, 2014, the head of the 4th apartment house in the Dong-ro 407 Dong-ro, Seoul Metropolitan City, Busan, Do-ro 407, an apartment house of 407, the head of the Tong, eck card, cash card, and password connected to D's name, and deliver it to D's Defendant, with KRW 100,000,000,000 for the transfer of the access medium. On the same day, the Defendant delivered the passbook, e.g., the passbook, cash card and password to D's name near the F.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to arrange the transfer or acquisition of the access media.
