Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any access medium or arrange the transfer or taking over of the access medium in using or managing the access medium.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 26, 2016, the Defendant who transferred the access media would give KRW 300,000 per account from the person in an influence of his/her name, and offer KRW 50,000 per account by taking over the passbook.

Upon receipt of the proposal, the head of the Tong, physical card, and password connected to the new bank account (E) in the name of the defendant was transferred to the person under whose name the bill was made.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred the access media to the defendant.

B. The Defendant of the access media will give 50,000 won to the transferee of the passbook by taking over the passbook as above from a person who is in the name of the transferee.

2. Defendant B

A.
