A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. 5. On the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant provided phiphonephones by allowing approximately 0.03g of the phiphones purchased as above to drink water and drink to G with approximately 0.03g of the phiphones purchased as above.
