1. The defendant is the Incheon District Court with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is the spouse of the network D, and the plaintiffs are the children of the network D.
B. On November 9, 2009, the network D prepared a notarial deed (hereinafter “instant notarial deed”) stating that a notary public will testamentary gift of 1/2 of the buildings listed in the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) and the land listed in the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant land”) in the presence of a witness E and F as a witness E and the Defendant, who is his spouse, under the attendance of a witness E and F.
C. On August 8, 2014, the network D and the Defendant submitted a written report of divorce to the Seoul District Court of the Jeonju District Court in the vice versa.
The details of the network D before the submission of the above agreement divorce report and the real estate owned by the defendant are as follows:

Real estate owned by the Defendant: (1) The real estate owned by the Defendant: (2) the ownership of the instant building: (3) the ownership of 1/2 shares among the land listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table; (4) the ownership of 1/2 shares among the buildings listed in paragraph (4) of the attached Table 5; and (6) the land listed in paragraph (5) of the attached Table 6 of the attached Table 6
D. On August 8, 2014, the network donated 1/2 shares of each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3 and 4, which was owned by the Defendant, to the Defendant, and on the same day, the network completed the registration of total share transfer with respect to each of the above shares to the Defendant.
On the other hand, the defendant donated 1/2 shares of the land in this case to the network D on the same day, and on August 12, 2014, he completed the entire registration of transfer of shares with respect to the above shares to the network D on the same day.
E. As the network D died on August 9, 2014, the Defendant completed each of the registration of ownership transfer on September 2, 2014 on the instant building and land by reason of legacy No. 37292, Sept. 2, 2014, the Incheon District Court, Dongcheon Registry, Incheon District Court (hereinafter “Seoul District Court”) received on September 2, 2014.
