1. A crime committed on March 8, 2018;

A. On March 4, 2018, the Defendant embezzled the lost C card (credit card number: D) of the victim B from the distance from the new place of active duty service located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 4, 2018, without following necessary procedures such as acquiring the card and returning it to the victim, and embezzled the property that he/she left the victim’s possession.

B. On March 4, 2018, at F convenience stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around 05:58, the Defendant: (a) presented to the victim, who was unable to know the name of the employee of the above convenience store, the card lost by B as if he were the Defendant, and had the victim pay the victim KRW 90,370,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 90,370 from the injured party; and (c) used the stolen credit card for the lost facts charged.

Although it is written, it shall be corrected as a clerical error.

Credit cards were used.

2. A crime on May 5, 2018.

A. On May 5, 2018, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she had, as he/she had, embezzled without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one J credit card (credit card number (K) lost by the victim I from the nearest location of the “H” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu, and returning it to the victim.

B. On May 5, 2018, the Defendant, at L convenience stores, presented to the victim, who was unable to know the name of the employee of the above convenience store at L convenience stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, a credit card (credit card number : D) lost by I as if the Defendant was the Defendant, and its affiliation constitutes the above card.
