A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around March 28, 2019, the Defendant posted the phrase “D” plication in the residence of the Defendant of Kimhae-si apartment at Kimhae-si, and sold the ston Islands plic book.” The Defendant reported the above writing to the victim B who sent KRW 250,000 to the victim B, “I will send the above plic book.”
However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above diskettes.
The Defendant, from around that time to April 13, 2019, received 250,000 won from the victim to the Defendant’s E account as the price for the above scamet, as well as from around that time to around April 13, 2019, “from April 9, 2019” as stated in the attached Table No. 2 of the List of Crimes in the annexed Table of Crimes is a clerical error in the statement.
The sum of 1,340,000 won in the above-mentioned account was transferred from six victims in the same way in total, such as the statement.

2. On June 25, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “the victim F will send goods if he/she remitted KRW 158,000 to the victim F,” by accessing the Internet “G” website at an unspecified place.” The Defendant reported the above letter to the effect that “the victim F, who sent KRW 158,00,00 to the victim F.”
However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send a normal product.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 158,000 from June 25, 2019 to July 4, 2019 to the E account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by defrauded.

3. On April 3, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the victim H, stating that “A” access to a “D” site for used goods transaction on the Internet at an insular place, and sold the wind strawl in Stonland.” The victim reported and contacted the above letter.
