Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 18, 2012, and on May 3, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court.
【Criminal Facts】
1. From the beginning of March 2016 to the end of April 2016, the Defendant: (a) in E managed by the victim D in Suwon-si, which had been displayed there; (b) 17, a total of 17, the market value of Samsung C160, which was displayed at that place, could not be known, was used in advance; and (c) stored and stolen them in a bank.
2. On March 31, 2016, around 15:07, at H, managed by the victim G in Macheon-si F, the Defendant: (a) cut off 47 of the total market value of Samsung C160, including Samsung C160, which was displayed at that place; and (b) committed a theft by putting 1,390,000 of the market value of Samsung C160,000, in the bags as described in paragraph (1).
3. At around 12:00 on May 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off 24 of the total market value of Samsung 200 KK 200, which was displayed at the same time, by putting 24 of the excessive car storage amounting to KRW 943,60,00 in the bags specified in paragraph (1).
4. At around 13:00 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stored and stolen a total of 36 over two occasions the sum of the market prices of Samsung C160 C160 C&160 C&1,60 C&1, which had been displayed there; and (b) stored 36 of the C&1,297,60 C&1 in the bags as described in paragraph (1).
